PVC plastic-reinforced spiral reinforced pipe, also known as plastic-reinforced reinforced pipe, has the characteristics of extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, negative pressure resistance, bending resistance, good fluidity, etc. It is suitable for the transportation of gas, liquid, powder and granular materials.
Mainly used in industry, agriculture, construction and water conservancy irrigation and other fields.
This production line is a special unit for PVC plastic spiral reinforced pipes, consisting of two extruders, a molding machine, a water tank and a winding machine.
(1) Dual extrusion system: The main extruder (to produce PVC pipe body) and the auxiliary extruder (to produce plastic rib material) work together to achieve one-time molding of the pipe wall and the reinforcing rib.
(2) Co-extrusion process: Through precise mold design, ensure the firm combination of the PVC pipe wall and the spiral rib to avoid stratification.
(1) PLC + touch screen control: Fully automated production process, parameters (temperature, speed, pressure, etc.) can be monitored and adjusted in real time to ensure stability.
(2) Automatic deviation correction system: Ensure that the spacing and height of the spiral ribs are uniform and consistent, improving product consistency.
(1) Rotary molding head: The spiral rib structure is formed by rotating the die head or traction device, and the speed can be adjusted to meet different rib spacing requirements.
(2) Segmented cooling: Spray + vacuum sizing box combined cooling is used to avoid pipe deformation and improve rib shaping accuracy.
(1) Quick mold replacement: can produce pipes with different diameters (usually Φ50mm-Φ500mm), wall thickness and rib type (such as single rib, double rib).
(2) Material compatibility: supports PVC and modified formulas (such as UV resistance, cold resistance, etc.), and ribs can be made of high-strength PVC or composite plastics.
(1) High-efficiency screw design: reduce energy consumption and waste generation.
(2) Waste gas treatment: optional thermal oxidation or activated carbon adsorption device to treat trace volatiles in PVC processing.
